We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Stock Intake Coordinator to oversee our stock intake operations across multiple locations. This is a key role within the business, responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, managing stock movements, and ensuring our warehouse processes run efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident taking ownership of warehouse organisation and stock control.


What You’ll Do:

- Carry out all stock management processes, including receiving deliveries, checking invoices, unboxing, tagging, and storing inventory.

- Ensure deliveries are accurately checked against purchase orders, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.

- Manage stock data on Shopify, maintaining accurate inventory levels, product information, and stock records.

- Organise and maintain warehouse spaces across multiple locations, ensuring stock is clearly labelled, accessible, and stored efficiently.

- Monitor and manage stock movements between locations, ensuring timely transfers and accurate records.

- Review stock levels and sales data to help prioritise storage, maintain availability, and ensure year-round products remain in stock.

- Develop and improve warehouse processes to maximise space, efficiency, and productivity.

- Process online customer returns, ensuring returned stock is correctly checked, recorded, and returned to inventory.

- Support the retail team by moving stock to the shop floor, replenishing popular sizes, and ensuring stock is available where needed.

- Work closely with the buying, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce teams to support the smooth running of the business.

- Identify opportunities to improve stock management systems and day-to-day warehouse operations.

- Participate in photoshoots and videos as a model for Peggs & son content shared across our website and social media platforms.


What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in warehouse management, stock control, or a similar operational role.

- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Experience managing inventory systems, ideally Shopify or a similar stock management platform.

- The ability to manage stock across multiple locations and coordinate transfers efficiently.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to identify and implement improvements.

- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams across the business.

- A hands-on attitude and willingness to take ownership of warehouse operations.

- An interest in fashion and an appreciation for the brands and products we work with.

- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera, as all Peggs & son employees participate in photoshoots and videos for our website and social media.
